October 5: 34th Annual Atlantic Antic Street Fair
10am - 6pm
Spanning 10 blocks of Atlantic Avenue, from 4th Avenue in Boerum Hill all the way to Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights, the Atlantic Antic is New York's number one street festival, offering something for everyone – stop by BGI’s info table and say hello!

Saturday, September 13th: Clean Up Columbia
It's not officially open yet, but a ¾ mile off-street segment of the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway along Columbia Street (just south of Atlantic Avenue) was paved during August, and it’s being actively used by bicyclists, walkers and runners! Brooklyn Greenway Initiative is now holding monthly clean-ups, in conjunction with the Columbia Waterfront Neighborhood Association, to help keep the new route free of trash and other debris.

Saturday, September 13th: Columbia Waterfront District Street Fair, 11:00AM-6:00PM. Stop by BGI’s table and say hello!

Sunday, September 14th: Cobble Hill Association Bike Ride
Cobble Hill Association and Brooklyn Greenway Initiative are hosting a 12-mile casual bike ride that will pass through the Columbia Waterfront District, Red Hook, Park Slope, Prospect Park, and Gowanus, and then loop back to Cobble Hill.
